Mellow Creme, who is an Afro Hip Hop artist, released a blissful tune inundated with romantic emotions titled True Love and it features Carlo Music.
True Love by Mellow Creme brings back the memories of the 90s as his version is a remake of Ilanga's and Busi Ncube's hit "True Love". The choice to use the same title conveys nostalgic tones, as well as paying homage to some of Zimbabwe's greatest musicians ever. Mellow Creme, by using this art form, also tells us how much the 90s inspired his music.
The world has become a highly atomized place, with individuals being over-narcissistic in the quest to keep up with the fast pace of today's world. But in the midst of all the drama and confusion, what one needs at times are doses of true love. What defines true love is increasingly getting subjective but in the song Mellow Creme makes it a point to address his lover in the most affectionate ways possible. And thus avoiding fake love.

The track is also a dedication to wife. With the passion in the song, it becomes apparent. What Mellow Creme does is to make African music appealing by blending the old and the new - a combination that works beautifully as far as delivering his art is concerned.
And in all honesty, the vocals throughout the song are a blessing to the ears.
