Zimbabwe Cricket Announces Emerging Players Squad Set To Tour South Africa

Zimbabwe Cricket is set to send an emerging squad to South Africa for a five match One Day International series. The Stuart Matsikinyeri coached side will play from the 13th to the 23rd of August, 2023. All matches will be played in Tshwane at the Groenkloof Oval, South Africa.

Roy Kaia is expected to be the captain of the side, which is healthy blend of young players in the name of Brian Bennett and Tanunurwa Makoni and relatively experienced campaigners such as Luke Jongwe and leg-spinner Brandon Mavuta.
