HARARE – Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) has announced a major sponsorship deal with Mukuru, Africa's leading next-generation financial services platform. Mukuru's logo will feature prominently on the front of Zimbabwe's Test, ODI, and T20I playing shirts.
At Friday's signing ceremony at Harare Sports Club, ZC Chairman Tavengwa Mukuhlani emphasized the partnership's significance: “This partnership is more than just a sponsorship – it’s a shared commitment to the future of Zimbabwean cricket. Mukuru’s support is a powerful endorsement of our potential and a symbol of belief in our players’ talent. It gives them the confidence to compete on the global stage, knowing they have a trusted partner behind them.”
He also highlighted the global brand visibility Mukuru will gain through the sponsorship.
Mukuru Zimbabwe Financial Services Chief Executive Officer Doug Tait-Knight stated: “We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Zimbabwe Cricket.
